Sip panels can be used to build: floors, exterior walls, interior walls, partitions, ceilings, both residential and commercial. From the dimensions it is possible to produce Sip panels with lengths of 2500, 2800, 3000mm and thickness 66 - 644mm. The panels can be cut in different sizes. The sip panel weighs between 50 and 60 pounds, depending on the length and thickness. The panel is an economical and energy-saving product, the best choice for passive and efficient building construction.

Dimension weights
Sippaneler is pressed with a special pressing machine in our factory with a pressure of up to 20 tons.
The panels are light enough for two people to lift them with ease, and the panels are easy to load and unload in place. There is no need for heavy equipment (crane, lifting, etc.). For example, a Sip panel in size 2500x1250x174mm weighs 50kg. By comparison, a 170 ㎡ house of Sip panels weighs 15 tons, a 170㎡ brick house weighs 60 tons. Such weight differences can save money, time and the environment. The maximum length of the sip panel is 3000 mm, the width can be selected between 600 and 1250 mm. Maximum thickness up to 644 mm, depending on the needs and use of the panel (wall, floor, ceiling, etc.).

Sip panels are very strong for load forces both horizontally and vertically.
Horizontal strength - tests have shown that the Sip panel can withstand a force of up to 10 tons per ㎡. More than 20 tons per panel, depending on the thickness of
the panel. Thanks to several layers in the panel, the house built by Sip panel is very strong. In Asia, it is preferable to build Sip panel because the material is not rigid and is more resistant to earthquakes than other constructions. Vertical durability - The sip panel itself can withstand a force of up to 2 tons. Depending on the load, the panel is made with 8-26 mm thick 2 x OSB panels, to which, if necessary, the corresponding additional wooden frame material is added to reinforce the panel. The panels can withstand wind and snow loads in our climate.

Energy efficient
Sippanels have good technical insulation properties. 3-layer panel has low thermal conductivity.

The thermal conductivity of the three layers together is R-3.95 (thermal coefficient). By comparison, a brick wall should be 2.5 meters thick to get the same energy efficiency as a 124 mm Sip panel. The house, built from Sip panels, does not heat up in summer and is warm even during the coldest winters. A house built from Sip panels has up to 90% fewer cooling bridges (depending on the project itself, of course) and is suitable for climate from -50 to +50 degrees. A house of Sip panels is so airtight that the temperature inside the house drops by 2 degrees without heating per day.

Fire resistance
The sip panel is covered by OSB layer that does not burn directly but glows in an open fire.
The fire doesn't spread fast. OSB burns 7 times slower than ordinary wood. And since the Sip panel is very airtight, it does not get sooty. Sippanel houses can be built in any shape and size. Creativity has no limits, nor does the material itself.
